Total Solution calorie/sugar free sauces?

Hi im an exante/vlcd complete newbie im due to start total solution on monday. But im wondering about the waldens calorie free sauces and if id be able to have them on the total solution?.

Its only my 4th day on same as you. Im not sure about what that is but as I understand anything with high carbs, citrus acid etc even if calorie free is a no no...... but I would message exante and ask. :0)

Thanks i did that and apparently yes you can have these so i have ordered the pancake sryup and the bar b q sauce
