Hi everyone! My other half and I are off to lovely Devon on friday for a little caravan holiday, and i'm just wondering if anyone can tell me the calories in one TBSP of clotted cream? I've been so good the past month or so and fully intend on treating myself to a cream tea!
I can't seem to find the calories for clotted cream anywhere on the net! I want to work out a rough number of calories for one so I can incorporate a cream tea into my cals without falling off the wagon! ive already got a number of cals for scone and jam its just the clotted cream thats proving difficult!
