calories in tea/coffe

Is there any or should i be counting calories in tea/coffee as i havnt been.

I measure my milk for the day and use that but dont think theres any calories in coffee and sweetener, i have 3-4 cups a day x

I don't count the milk in mine, I just count 16 for a spoonful of sugar, I don't have them everyday though x

I have black tea and two sweeteners and count it as zero cals. Its only the milk that contains the calories. Same with coffee.

i only count calories in milk but having recently switched to almond/coconut milk, im mostly having black coffee and tea as almond milk doesnt taste that nice in hot drinks i have to admit

I drink black coffee and never count it in my calories. The same with herbal/fruit teas.
