well they say you are meant to have about 1500 - 2000 calories. Do you know roughly how many calories you eat because you are meant to decrease that by bout 500.

haha!
try not to decrease you calorie intake rapidly though because your body will have a shock but decrease over a period of time. So it lets your body adjust.

Let me no what you come up with xx

Sorry don't know the answer to your question but there may be answers in the sections on weight loss. or have a look at slimming world online, weight watchers online or even something like Tesco

thanks Hu do you go to ww classes, you have done very well, I used to do ww but got bored with it, mind you it was 4yrs ago and still on trying to lose weight ha ha xx

Yes I've been going to the classes but if you look at Starlight's thread she has lost over 10 st and doesn't go to the classes or use the online site. she is an inspiration to us all

thanks guys, its being my second day on the site which I think is fab, I have now decided to try doing SW it looks really good and should work well with the family, thanks for all your support

hi guys I'm back I'm calorie counting as SW wasn't for me, I have joined my local class, wish me luck wi next tue, I also started a food-journal which will help me keep things in check, Christina my calorie in-take is 1500 which is not bad, considering working out what i ate was well & truly over that ha ha.
