    good morning...
    ive nothing to report im afraid. no movement on my ticker :-(
    got a feeling another one of my infamous plateaus is taking place!!!!
    oh well nothing a senokot max or two wont fix lol... hopefully ill have some good news for you this weekend (tmi...)...
    i find the weekends ok actually as i am busy and under the watchful eye of my OH. during the week i am at home and alone... so no one to keep me on track!
    i am starting my water early today so i can get 5 litres in. this should help any blockages!!!

    how about you? have you moved your ticker????

    I only move the weight loss one on official weigh in day as I like to see it jump down the ticker rather than sliding. But i'm happy to have the countdown to healthy BMI slide down. So my weight one will be updated on Tuesday morning.

    I work weekends and so they are now quite easy days for me.

    What day do you get weighed officially?
