Hi Rae,
I've started today. Using up my LighterLife packs before I contact a CDC. How much weight do you want to lose? Have you done this diet before? :)

hi i have just started cd.Started Saturday and feeling a bit starving, struggling with all the water but hard. Never done the diet before but fingers crossed. Want to lose 3 stone how about you.

Firstly well done on making the decision to start the diet.

You won't regret it!

If your counsellor hasn't taken one make sure you get a before photo done, they're absolutely invaluable. I found that I lost weight so quickly my head didn't catch up with my body, so I used to regularly take photos and compare them to my before ones. Really gives you a boost to see the weight loss :)

Thanks for the reply. I want to lose about 4 stone. I lost 2 stone last year in 6 weeks but totally fell off the wagon. You get used to all the water. Before i did it last time i never drunk it at all but i actually prefer water now, rather than diet drink. I think i felt starving and cold for the first few days. After that i didnt feel hungry at all.

Getting confused

Thanks for your message. Sorry its taken me a while to answer but im getting in a muddle on how im meant to do it! This is the first time ive been on a forum like this and its all new to me. Itd be nice to have someone to chat to who is at the same stage in the diet as i am. Ill be around in the evenings for a chat, if your not busy. Tommorrow is my first day and im sure this week will be really hard. If i can get to this time next week without cheating ill be very happy!

i am restart on Friday - came off for 6 weeks due to ill health - lost 2 stone first time round - enjoyed it and found i felt so healthy

Nearly at the end of Day 2 and feeling the effects. I'm hungry, have had a headache all day, fingers are tingling and i'm alternating between hot and sticky and freezing cold. Motivation still high though and it proves that something's happening! :) Drunk 3.5 litres and will probably manage another 1.
How's everyone else doing?
