    Hiya ok so this is my first attempt at cambridge diet I start on Monday 14th and I'm really excited as I need to lose at least 3 stone for that summer bod, a few things I'm worried about is the blips which I don't want to do as I was to be committed and prove everyone wrong , what's the worst struggles and what can you do to stop cravings?

    Hiya. How are you getting on in your first week?

    My advice about getting over the difficult bits... Water, water and more water.
