Cambridge diet to Weightwatchers

Hi everyone. I have been on Cambridge diet for a couple of weeks but am just not feeling well on it. I have all the info for pro points as did it before but i've lost 17lbs since my points were worked out so think they may be less now. Could someone work my new allowance out for me?
I'm female, 36, 6ft tall and weigh 15st 10lbs. Thank you :)

Hiya, well done on ur loss so far ur daily points are 36. I tried the cambridge couple years ago and it just wasnt for me, ww is much easier for me to follow and fits into my families lifestyle where as cambridge didnt

Thanks so much for that. One of the reasons i came off CD also was that i was worried about the message it was sending to my children. A good kick start though. Trouble is i will probably gain in the first week once i start eating again, but i know it will be glycogen and not fat so will just have to put up with that!

be careful when you introduce carbs and your gain should hopefully not be that bad, and as you said if you gain it's just water and will go as quick as it came:D
