cambridge diet weight loss

Hi all,

I have just started the cambridge diet and thought i would share my ups and downs on here.

Started the diet on the 20th April and have already lost 11lb, wow that much in such a little time really cant beleive it. Altho am now missing food not really hungry just want to taste something.

Hope i can keep it up as have a long way to go, i had my little boy 10 months ago and gained 5 stone while preggers (OMG) so really think this is the time to do some thing about it.
