Its perfectly normal, your body is getting used to having very little in comparison to what you ate before.
Drink plenty of water, and look at how you can distract yourself, have a pampering bath, check out the minimins arcade.. stick with it and you will see the results :)

Yes it's normal, just ignore it and once you're properly in ketosis you won't feel hungry --- stick with it and you'll be great :)

totally normal but dont give in just get passed today and all will be better x

im on day 4 now and have never really felt hungry,
my stomach rumbles a lot though! so i drink more water to make me feel like its full!

The water will help vampalicious (great name), it will make you feel fuller.

i know lol but i had 6 litres yesterday and my stomach swished and glugged when i moved!!! :)

LOL can just imagine it swishing about.

6 litres is probably okay but do be careful not to drink too much, there are posts on the site about how much water is okay.

i know i worried about it and posted on here last night, i read that there is a condition called water intoxication!! but its quite rare and more prone to atheletes ect
not going to have that much again though lol
