Can any one tell me when you start moving up the steps after SS?

To some degree it is when you reach your goal. But you must move up if you get to a BMI of 25. I think it is two weeks on each step as you move up.

    Hope this helps

    Was Cambridge, now maintaining
You can do SS or SS+ for 12 weeks at a time, then you have to do 810 for a week.

After that week, you can go back to either SS or SS+, but when you get to BMI25 then you must be on 810 or above.

You can stay on 810 until goal after that (assuming goal is BMI20 or above), though most people start moving up the plans a bit before goal :)
