Hi all
I'm new to this so please may I join you?
I am currently getting ready for my 3rd way in with my CDC and hoping for another drop.
I have 2 products and 2 meals per day plus masses of water, my 1st week 11lb, 2nd week 2lb. I initially weighed in at 16st 10lb and 5ft2in (so very over weight) and last weigh I was 15st 11 lb, my original BMI was 42.8 and now 40.2 so feeling happy.
I'm not hungry at all and am managing my meal intake well considering I am a nurse with crazy shifts!
I'm really enjoying my food and use a 'bar' as my 'chocolate fix' which works well for me especially with a glass of water as it tends to fill me up.
Is my weight loss on Parr with others? Is this typical or is there any thing I should be doing differently?
Love to hear your stories and follow your journey, I'm still really motivated ( although crave vodka) but I'm sure that there will come a day when Insperational posts will be very welcome.
