Soft cheeses are not a HEA sorry but you can have 40g as a HEB on the green plan Otherwise it averages 3.5 syns per 25g

Does that mean I can have the normal A choice cheeses, then rather than bread or ryvita I can have more cheese!? This sounds good to me!
