Really weird question!

Have a camomile teabag in my drawer, used to drink it alot before SW as i suffer from bloatedness and it defo helps.

Weigh in tonight, thinking of having a cup as my belly feels bloated again, anyone know if this has syns or whether it will hinder a result tonight?

All tea's so long as they are unsweetened are free so drink away! It definitely won't do any harm to your result.. Have you tried peppermint yea? I swear by it for any bloat.. X

try fennel for bloating as well as the peppermint too.. green tea is good also

I have green tea with peppermint for bloating.... Godsend!
