where do i start? im going on holls june 11th with my HB and kids also friends their HBS and kids. right i was just wondering will i be able to lose 3st by then? im 5ft 1ins, 12st 4lb and pear shape i carry my weight on my big fat butt and legs. Also will i lose weight on my butt and legs before then as they are my main priority. even if i could get down to 10st by holls i be happy would i be able to achieve that weight?

Im aiming to lose 5lb next WI which is nxt wed, i know people have said on here that wk3 is not a very good loss, but because i have had low losses i'm praying next week be 5lb and in total it will be 1stone. thank you it would be great if anyone could let me know :)

Hi becki. Yes you can. I will suggest u incorporate a littlle exercise like 30min brisk walking everyday which is not too stressful. Take care

thanks temmytango, iam going to start my tredmill tomorrow as i havent had any energy to do it. the reason i asked this question is im worried about what im going to look like in front of my friends as they are all losing weight too(i got no confidence). i do not want to be looking like a beached whale next to them lol. thanks again :)

Hi Becci - looking at your stats i would say that 3 stone is a lot to lose in just 2 months. If you were much bigger i would say that its acheiveable but i dont want you to have unrealistic goals and be dissapointed if you dont meet them!! Im sure if you set a goal of 2 stone by your hols you will hit it and if you go beyond that then bonus!!! Good luck :)

I know how you feel... Even if you don't lose what you would like you will I'm sure lose lots and feel prettier, confident and proud of yourself...and enjoy your holiday so much more... It's so much easier when you have something to aim for... And what better than wearing a bikini...:) good luck x

Becci I'm nearly the same height and weight as you, 5'2 and started at 13 stone 4lbs. I've been on LT for 23 days, 100% all the way and doing some exercise and still haven't reached a stone, 12lbs to be exact. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed, thought I would have done better, although it's still a dress size. I'm coming off at the weekend, and starting refeed, but going to eat sensibly and keep up the exercise. But even 2 stone would make a huge difference to you, you would feel fabulous!!!!

if i can lose the 2stone then that would be excellent. thanks to you all for posting back to me. will have to try my hardest to lose it. i know ive only lost 9lbs so far but my trousers are hanging off me. would be nice to be in a bikini for holls but i doubt it very much lol. thanks again :) p.s with this diet is it the heavier you are then the more you lose?

That's my thought process... But not sure... I mean because I'm always dieting I guess my body gets used to it... So I expect lower losses than a newbie or someone larger.. 4 lbs in week 1 would be great for me but maybe disappointing for someone else... It's all relative I guess... All I can say is that obviously the bigger you are the more arduous the journey will be x

thank you sig, i suppose the bigger you are the losses will be greater but i'am happy with what i have lost so far, would be better if i could lose 11lbs in a week ( i'd drop down dead with shock if i ever had that much of a loss lol), i was in hospital a year and half ago with double pneumonia and i know i was very ill but i went down to 10st i'd lost a stone and half in 10days i'm sure my body must have gone into ketosis as i didn't eat, you would think i would lose that amount with tfr in 10 days. how many calories are we having with lipotrim tfr? x

Just under 600.....! To lose that amount when Ill just puts a strain on the body...my friend and I originally did it together, she was bigger than me by about 3 stone, we basically lost the same most weeks, but I think at the time I was exercising more... Like I said the body will lose what it loses, all we can do is do it properly, exercise as and when we can ( health and time dependent ) and try to drink the recommended amount of fluid..to me any loss after week one is acceptable because I know it's my body's way... Week one can be massive for some and not for others, I guess that's down to pure water retention...:) x

thanks sig, not doing much this weekend just tidying the house after the messy HB and kids, i tell you my HB makes more mess than my kids lol. thats all i do is clean clean clean. my HB has taken my youngest to get his 1st passport photo as i know if i take him i will lose my rag, HB just rang and said he won't have none of it. charlie hates having his photo taken. won't be going on holls now no passport for little one,kids hey! what you up to sig? how diet going? :)

Can I say that I have done lipitrim didn't like it I'm now on slimming world lot easier and I'm on week three but first two weeks I've lost 8.5 and 5.5 so 1 stone down it's easier and I think you would get better results plus you learn what you can eat and so you won't put the weight back on . My friend at sw has been doing it 12 weeks and she has lust 2 stone 9 lb , have a think it might be better and healthier for you good luck

Did a bit of gardening, just chilling with OH and the little fella at min and then I might do the house....diet is ok... Hate weekends it's always more difficult to focus...just had my first shake so that's better...:) ..could murder some real food...lol.. X

hi kimmy, i've tried sw before and was losing 2lb one week and 1lb the next week so it was to slow for my liking. i want a quick fix before holls and then when i get home i'am doing it further until i reach my ideal weight then hopefully i will maintain it. with tfr its got all the nutrients and vitamins needed, so i'm not going to lose out on what my body needs. believe me i have tried every diet under the sun but can't stick to them, with lipotrim i'am, im in my 3rd week and i'm finding it brill. and the support on here is brilliant. :)

i find not eating carbs my stomach ain't so bloated and i feel much better for it, weekends are harder but just got to think thin lol. well my son wouldn't have his photo taken for holls, so the lady in the shop told my HB to take one on our camera against a white wall, so we did that and he was fine the little bugger, just come back from town and shes made them into passport size so hope to god they be fine now. glad you feel better after your shake, and enjoying the garden with your family. how much weight do you need to lose sig? :)

you have done well and haven't got that much to lose now. the last couple of pounds are always harder to come off. well i've got 3.5stone to lose so ive got a long way yet. really am determined this time round, turned 30 in feb and i want to be a yummymummy lol. we should all be born slim and stay slim. having my second shake of the day now then got to make my sons easter bonnet for creche, my HB and youngest are in the garden and my oldest have gone down his grandparents to sleep for the night so i've got some peace and quiet for five. enjoy the rest of your night. :)
