Part of the Tesco simply range is the Tesco simply roast chicken breast joint.
I can't seem to find anything to help me with synning this..here are the nutritional values..
I'd really like to know if it's free also if it could be used as a HE on a green day...Am I right in thinking that if a meat is free then as long as you stick to the weight stated for a HE then you can use it as one?

    Thanks in advance :D

    I found these above online ( EE O G)

but putting through your info on the calculator and doing it as 100g serving and 100g package size it comes out as

1 Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy
7½ Syns per package/portion on Green
1 Syn per package/portion on Original
