Working Solutions Can anyone help?

Hello:)

My packs are arriving tomorrow and i am starting thursday TS BUT am going to York for day Friday for my aunts birthday... There's a meal out involved!!!being a veggie that doesn't eat fish i was wondering if a goats cheese salad would hinder me at all? I don't want to wait unto Saturday to start it, I know it's only an extra 2 days but I'm all pumped up for it! Any help/advice would be much appreciated xxx
 
Egg salad would be better as eggs don't have carbs.
Cottage cheese is also a better option I think.

This is based on the S&S reccomended proteins which are meant to keep you in ketosis.

Also eating two days in won't do you any favours - it could prolong you getting into ketosis and make the first week more of a nightmare. It's probably best to wait until after you've gone to York.

EDIT : Sorry I just realized you said working solution not total.... Ignore what I said in this case about not eating.

Sorry I think I confused myself! Doing total solution... Going to not eat at York and just take my shake :) thanks for your help x
