Can anyone rejog my memory re: the Healthy Extras?

I'm pregnant and waiting for SWC to send me a form for my Midwife to sign before I can officially rejoin but I thought I'd get a head start as each day I'm eating unhealthy shop bought sarnies & crisps, I need to get back into healthy eating!

I can't remember what the Healthy Extra allowance is and what you can have for A's & B's.

Hi there, have you looked on line at the sw web site? they have loads of help. healthy extra a is milk/cheese and b covers your bread cereals ect. good luck, I have lost 8st with sw and now on waiting list for a tt.:)

How long did it take you to lose 8 stones? What sort of exercise did you do? Did you do more red or green days? Sorry for all the questions.
