Can anyone tell me please if last years Food Optimising Book is Green please ?
I am looking at one on Ebay as carn't really afford classes at the moment. There is one from last year which I figure will be better than the 2007 one I have got !
The 2012 book is yellow, last year's book (2011) was green, yes - so will be more up to date than your 2007. Try and get a yellow one if you can, but green will be the next best choice!
