i have really been trying to find what has been stalling me- do you think it could be fridge raiders? i usually have one packet a day. I will try cutting them out but i am just so discouraged at the moment
i find if i feel the need to snack, i drink water, if still i need to snack then its allowed foods....ie egg, cheese or remember its only an hr until lunch or dinner so drink a bit extra and wait for my main meal....
are you putting up your menus on a daily basis, that could really help
On Atkins we need to kinda experiment to see what works and what doesn't for us as individuals.
If you eat something then suddenly stall it makes sense to cut that thing down or even out. If you start to lose again then you know, that thing stalls you. Makes no difference if it doesn't affect anyone else. It's how things affect YOU that count.
Hang on in there, after all there are tons of yummy things you CAN eat.
