can gum take you out of ketosis?

I use the breath spray and it has never affected me. I would say probably no but I am no expert.

Gum can (depending on how sensitive your body is), but breath spray shouldn't. I used only breath spray for the first couple of weeks, but now I do use sugar free gum and I'm still in Ketosis. However, i wouldn't recommend it at the beginning of the diet. Hope that helps.

gold spot spray is recommended ( not sure why, taste strength? ) cambridge say if you need to chew gum just to chew for a short time to freshen and spit it as you dont want to get into the feeling that you need something to chew on either
