can healthy extras be split?

I just joined SW last week. First weigh in tomorrow. Feel good so far. Just wondering if the healthy extras can be split between 2 options. For example, I like a cuppa so I usually use 250ml semi skimmed for Healthy A. But some days I only use half of this. Can I use 125ml semi milk and say 1 baby bel light instead of 250ml milk or 3 babybel?
