Can I choose between LL and LLL??

Am hoping to start LL very soon, just waiting to hear back from LLC but just wondered, as my bmi is 29 do i have the choice of which program i follow, or will i only be allowed to the the LLC?

Yes, if your BMI is under 30 you can do LLL.

You can only do LL if you have 3 stone or more to lose. Good luck with your weight loss! LL and LL are both great programmes
