I have to. I'm embarrassed by my flip flopping these past few years. I want 2 stone gone by Nov 20th. Help me...Please?

Day 1

B:pack of mixed melon chunks from tesco & WW toffee yog

L: small baked spud with ladle of veg curry (tomato based) from canteen and side salad with cucumber.

D:

Snack: fruity fingers pack from tesco (pineapple mango and melon fingers)

I've been a member, been a woman of the year then failed again miserably. I am thinking green suits best but was only ever schooled in EE so I'm not sure about the other plans.

I must do this.
 
1st afternoon in work...I usuall havea hot choc from the machine. I love them. Bought a sachet of options instead and have just made it up. not the same though :-( How could I work out how many sys in my machine made choc? it's steamed milk and cheap choc!:eek:
 
Dinner ended up being diet coke chicken with noodles. Yummy :)
