This is my fave tea but was a bit worried as it contains oil of bergamot, lemon peel and orange peel... Any ideas?

I know that fruits are a no-no and think lemon because of citric acid? So my guess is no, but if I'm wrong someone else a lot more knowledgeable than me will be along soon!

I didn't even think about it and have drunk loads of it this past week (very, very weak) and lost just over 6lbs!

Thinking about it though, it's probably not ok so don't copy me lol! Maybe I just got lucky in that it didn't take me out of ketosis and didn't affect my WI?
