Hi everyone

I am starting on weight watchers again !!! My meeting isnt until wednesday nxt wk but i want to make a start.

I am a little confused about this new pro points. I have kind of worked out that I should be using 29 points a day, but this seems like a lot compared to the old allowance of 22. Any advice on this would be appreciated to help me get my head around the increase.

Also if anyone has any simple breakfast, luch, dinner ideas i would really appreciate it until i get to my meeting on wednesday.

i dont know the pro points plan and dont go to a meeting until tuesday myself but if the allowence is 29 enjoy it - ive read great reviews on pro points and people not feeling hungry on the plan either. Have some treats! Good luck though!
