can i have cold remedies on total solution

i have a bad cold and am wondering if I can have lempsip or whether it will knock me out of ketosis. Does anyone know?

Hi,
I have looked around the forum and have come up with the link below. It does unfortunately say lemsip tablets do take you out of ketosis so I think it's the same for the sachets?
