    As the title says.
I've read about people eating scratchings on here but I'm not sure if I can eat them guilt free.
The same goes for the fat from the meat, this includes the bacon rind and skin off the chicken.

    Hope so :D

YES !! I am a lover of pork scratchlings (except the bits at the bottom of the bag lol) ..

Read the contents v v low in carbs less than 1 g per bag.... And the fat from the meat is ok too, atkins says to eat fat!

I am in ketosis now and i am cutting down on my calories now, i dont feel hungry at all .. lol

That's not crap, it's healthy eating Atkins style. Just make sure you get your green leaf veggies in girls.

Remember, the majority of your carbs should be from green leaf veggies.

Surely the weight will only go back on if you overload on carbs again. If you follow the maintenance plan and find your own level of carbs to suit your body, you won't gain. Jim is living proof of that. He's been in maintenance for a number of years now.
