can i have ryvita & philli light as HEA HEB?

hi all, just trying to find alternatives for lunch and wondering if i could use my 6 ryvita (wholegrain) and some philli light and that would cover my hea and heb? have given my books to friend to borrow and cant remember if this was allowed? thanks v much
oh and how much philli light? dont have scales but would judge using a teaspoon x

I think its 4 (unless it's the cracker read ones I can never find) as a h.eb, and 71g Philly light as a hea, and yes, you could have them for lunch, and have some salad as well to cover off the the 1/3rd super free. Iz'd be tempted to add some chopped chicken or ham to it as well.

Thank you, yes its the cracker bread ones, just checked - brilliant. Will give me something new to have and will have cold meat and tomatoes with it - thanks

I would have 1 or 2 ryvita for a snack with some Philly cheese and a little blue cheese with sliced pear on top- tasty.
