Hi all... thought it might help if had a food diary and got people's opinions see if they can suggest any tweaks if thats ok? So I'll start from today as don't want to bore people with a mega post lol! Here goes:
Breakfast- grapes and pineapple
Lunch noodles with broccoli
Afternoon snack muller light and tinned spaghetti
Dinner salad and plain pasta with lemon pepper
Dessert strawberries pineapple and sweetner
What do people think?
