Hi all... thought it might help if had a food diary and got people's opinions see if they can suggest any tweaks if thats ok? So I'll start from today as don't want to bore people with a mega post lol! Here goes:

Breakfast- grapes and pineapple

Lunch noodles with broccoli

Afternoon snack muller light and tinned spaghetti

Dinner salad and plain pasta with lemon pepper

Dessert strawberries pineapple and sweetner

What do people think? :confused:

Hi Clare - welcome!!

Lots of fruit and free foods in there so you're off to a good start!

Are the noodles plain noodles? Things like super noodles etc can have syns.

What about healthy extras and syns? You don't seem to have any noted and they're an important part of the plan in keeping your diet balanced and keeping you on track so you don't feel deprived :)

I usesmy hexa as milk in my tea/coffee through the day

Well Saturday we had a party for my sons birthday and ate so much rubbish iv got no syns left for the week! :eek:

Those noodles are fine :)

If you want to use a HEXB on something that isn't bread, the kelloggs special k chewy delight bars are amazing! It's one for a HEXB and they are not only delicious, but feel naughty too!

On offer in Tesco for £1 at the min!
 
Ok diary for today:

Breakfast- pineapple and strawberries with sweetener

Lunch salad and plain pasta

Snack mullerlight

Dinner- potato, red green and yellow peppers, carrots and Green beans roasted in fry light.

Dessert- pineapple, mullerlight, boiled rice sprinkled with cinnamon
 
Ok missed yesterday but today goes like this:

Breakfast whole punnet if grapes

Snack muller light

Lunch boiled rice with chopped peppers

Snacks low fat super noodles

Dinner roasted potatoes and carrots

Dessert muller light
