Total Solution Can i mix Exante and Slim & Save?

Hi, I'm on day 2 of Exante and love the shakes and bars but HATE the soup as I can't get used to the hot n thick thing, I was thinking....could I have a SS meal of an evening or would this knock me out of ketosis?
I am so grateful to all of you lovely people on here, such a support!!!!

it wouldnt knock you out of ketosis , S&S is a VLCD and a ketogenetic diet just like exante BUT the S&S packs are only 1/4 of your daily nutritional needs , based on having 4 packs a day so if you had 2 exante and 1 S&S pack then you would be lacking in essential nutrients . I mix the 2 but I have 2 exante products , and 2 S&S products , it is working very well for me and I love the meal packs

Id agree it wont affect ketosis but a mix of packs isnt really a good idea. As determinator says if anything youd be better having 2 S&S
