Can i use fat free yogurt instead?

The recipe says fat free fromage frais but I haven't got any. Will fat free yoghurt be ok instead ? I'm making chicken tikka masala x ta

It will not work, yogurt is a lot more bitter in taste. you can try it but i don't think it will be very nice

If its just to marinade I use yog i'm making same thing it looks and tastes nothing like a tikka i'm used to but still tastes nice lol xx

My new recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala I use yoghurt to maranade the chicken in, very nice! but watch as it splits easy.......
