Hi I can't get on SW online till my consultant gives me a new pin on Monday. Could someone please work out the syns for this sandwich paste for me
Aldi salmon paste per 100g
193 cal fat 13.5g of which 3.0g saturates

No you really don't, the snackulator on the SW works exactly the same way using 1 syn for every 20 calories. It's a really useful tool when you are out and about and want to know the syn value of something that doesn't have a free food allowance
