Can someone check my food diary for me?

    Hi Everyone, so I'm on week 3 and still not lost a single lb!!! I'm obviously doing something wrong, would one of you give me your thoughts please?

    Breakfast
    Monday-Friday
    1 Bannana
    2 Slices of Honeydew melon 0pp

    Lunch
    Monday-Friday
    8 Slices of Cucumber 0pp
    4 pieces Ryvita Cracker Bread 2pp
    8 Slices wafer thin ham 3pp
    Vanilla Muller Light 2pp
    Skips Prawn Cocktail 2pp

    Dinner
    Monday -
    Tesco British Jumbo Jacket 5pp
    Tesco Creamy Peppercorn Chicken Escalope 10pp
    Side Salad (Lettuce-Toms-Cucumber-Spring Onion)
    Vanilla Muller Light 2pp


    Anytime
    1/2 Pint Semi Skimmed Milk 2pp
    Kit Kat 3pp

    90g dried wholemeal pasta 8pp

    Saturday
    Breakfast 2 slices white bread 4pp

    Lunch
    2 slices white bread 5pp (because i had 2 ealier)

    Went to a bar b q ate salad and a portion of rice, but was drinking vodka and diet coke which i put down as 29pp.

    Activity
    Cycling strenuously 13pp

    TOTAL FOR SATURDAY 47PP + 13

    SUNDAY
    2 Slices white bread 4pp

    McDonalds Big Mac 13pp
    Large Fries 11pp

    80g Dried Wholemeal pasta 7pp
    Dolmio Stir in Bacon and Tom 4pp

    1pint Semi Skimmed Milk 7pp

    TOTAL FOR SUNDAY 46PP

    My iphone is still saying I have 19 weeklies left and 33 activity points....weighed myself this morning and I've gained.

    Now i've written it down, I can see that I ate out too much last week and I really need to get a hold on my weekends, not that this one is typical, but McDonalds isn't going to help! But saying that, it seems to be within my points?

    Humph!

    Any advice would be amazing!

    i have 32 points per day and weigh 14st 2, i'm 5.6 if that helps?? x

    30 day shred os an excerise dvd by the Biggest loser (usa) trainer its 20 mins a day exercise ..its very good but I must confess I haven't done it for a few days now ...must get back to it...your diary is looking good ..what size of a wine glass r u using it's 3pp per 125ml 4pp..175ml..and 6pp for 250ml or 19 for a whole bottle hun ..hope thos helps x

    Maybe I'm mis calculating the wine, might just give it up altogether!

    stick to ur daily pp allowed and dont use wot u earn on activity to swap for food, even though it says u can,
