Hi,
I thought I was doing so well, getting my head round all this, but, I seem to have got myself into a tangle today....

Here's my menu

Wednesday 23rd Sept
Breakfast
2 weetabix (HexB) skimmed milk (1/2 HexA) and splenda

Lunch
Beans on toast (will need to syn this I think)

Dinner
SW Chips
Homemade burger
Tesco Healthy Living Wholemeal Roll (will need to syn this too probably but I was thinking to count it as a HexB)
1 light babybel (1/3 HexA)
Baked beans

Snacks
Pear, Pomegranate

I was going to have a green day, but then I really fancy burger, so thought can do ExtraEasy, but now I realise I've overdone my Hex's. So, shall I do extra easy, and syn up what will be over the Hex's, or, looking at it written down, shall I do a green day and just syn the mince?

Sorry to be a pain in the bum :eek: I'll get the hang of it soon I promise

You've had 3 Hebs (weetabix, toast and a roll) so if you call it green you'll have to syn 1 heb and the mince.
If you call it EE you'll have to syn 2 Hebs. It depends how much the mince is if you have to syn it.

So, by my reckonings here is my Extra Easy menu

Lunch
Beans on toast (8 syns)

Dinner
SW Chips
Homemade burger
Tesco Healthy Living Wholemeal Roll (HexB)
1 light babybel (1/3 HexA)
Baked beans

Snacks
Pear, Pomegranate

Does that work right?
