Extra Easy CAn someone check today for me pls

    Hi all

    Could someone just give this the once over to check if its ok please :D

    BREAKFAST
    250ml semi milk hea
    bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms
    57g wholemeal bread heb
    banana

    LUNCH
    pasta mixed with loads of sweetcorsn and mushrooms with
    1 tbsp light philly 2SYNS
    and chopped gammon

    DINNER
    HM shepards pie (mince,tom,herb,oxo,marmite,stock,onions,carrots)
    brocoli and cauli
    142ml gravy granuels 2.5SYNS

    THats 4.5 syns today, prob later have a 2 finger kitkat and a hi-light drink

    Hi hun. You've got the basics right - brekkie is spot on, presuming you didn't use any oil to fry stuff (except frylight) and cut the fat off the bacon(heartbtraking though it is!) With lunch & dinner its a question of proportions really.
    I'd add some more veg to dinner if it was me to make up the superfree. Also, sweetcorn is not superfree so did you count that as part if your superfree in that meal?
    I'd forgotton about shephards pie! Thats on the list for next week :)

    if you were still hungry add an egg to breakfast or baked beans they are a superspeed food :)

    LUNCH
    pasta mixed with loads of sweetcorsn and mushrooms with
    1 tbsp light philly 2SYNS
    and chopped gammon
    I would have added some peppers n onions to it for more veg to make it 1/3 superfree

    DINNER
    HM shepards pie (mince,tom,herb,oxo,marmite,stock,onions,carrots)
    brocoli and cauli
    142ml gravy granuels 2.5SYNS
    looks fine to me
