Can someone give me pasta quiche recipe?

Want to try it for lunch! Thanks! I know you're supposed to use cottage cheese but I don't have any so going to use fromage frais and hope for the best!

Pasta quiche
Mix together the 3 eggs, 150g very low fat natural cottage cheese and some chopped parsley. Lay the chopped vegetables out in an oven-proof flan dish then pour the cottage cheese mix over. Pop in the oven at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5 for around 30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.​

but instead of veg, make up a batcholours pasta, tomato n herb and lay it down where the veg go.

Thanks! I did one with a layer of roasted veg, sliced potato, then pasta & sauce with egg & fromage frais poured over topped with cheese. It was yummy!

This is a very old thread so you should be aware that SW now recommend you should syn it if using pasta and sauce in this way. If you look in the recipe section there are loads of quiche recipes that do not use the pasta sauce and are syn free.
