Green Days can someone have a look at my food diary please

    i started last wednesday,on green,iv really tried i am struggling with water intake and chocolate:cry:

    wed
    2 weetabix
    1 activia (vanilla)
    1 apple

    cous cous (roast veg)
    muller light (strawberry)
    strawberries
    1 treat size milky way
    1 tin baked beans
    2 slices of toast
    28g cheese
    1 pkt of french fries

    thurs
    2 weetabix
    1 muller light
    sw chips
    jacket potato
    cheese
    cous cous
    1 donut

    fri
    2 weetabix
    1 activia
    wholemeal pasta
    sweetcorn
    onion
    28g cheese
    strawberries
    cous cous
    1 fried egg
    sw chips
    2 slices of toast
    1 can of lager

    how am i doing im trying to eat regular,im more hungry evenings tho,i know its not great :eek:

    any advise please help me

    Hiya,

    I'm not an expert but it looks ok. As long as you make sure you have your healthy extras 1-2 a's and 2 b's, eat as many super free foods as you can and use all your syns as they are part of the plan - I need them for chocolate and sauces! I'm a choc-o-holic lol

    Only thing I'd say is you don't look like your eating a lot but then I can be a piggy sometimes!! Lol

    Have you had a look in the food diaries section? There's loads of green diarys :)

    thanks for that,iv had a look on the food diarys struggling to find some green days lol,

    iv actually upped my eating believe it or not,lol,i seem to eat more/better when im not working,(6 weeks hols)

    il come back and see what i can add to my shopping list on green days:)

    have you brought the sw mag? WH Smiths did have a free sw recepie book with it and lots of green meal ideas.

    I think you have to trawl through the diarys as the titles dont give away if its red/green/ee or the sw website has recepies and you dont have to be a member to read these :D

    Time off work always means I eat more lol :D

    I have a green food diary. There is a link below my ticker.

    Your menu looks fine, but I would recommend more veg. There doesn't look like there is a lot of green coloured food. Veg, salad and fruit will keep you from feeling hungry in the evening.

    yep not a lot of salad,i go thru fads with salad tbh,i usually have a box of fruit delivered from rivefords but forgot to re order:rolleyes:

    im going to do an online shop this week,(cba taking kids shopping)
    so gonna have a look at which mullers i can have,

    just read 13 pages of Debridger's diary and found some hints,ill read yours as well thanks:)
