Can someone help me with Breakfast on EE?

Hi, I'm not new to SW but I am new to EE. Can someone tell me if it is ok to have just cereal or just beans on toast (using WW malted Danish) for breakfast? Im worried that I am doing it wrong as I am not having 1/3 superfoods for that meal.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Technically you are supposed to have your 1/3 with every meal but I don't always do it and still lose. But who knows I might lose more if I do it properly!

Could you maybe add mushrooms and grilled tomatoes? Or I think you could have some fruit afterwards and that would count (anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
 
Try a small bowl of fruit salad or even half a grapefruit, wedge of melon and eat that before your cereal or beans on toast xx
