can someone help please? 790 / 810?

    I just been to tescos to get some things for the 790 plan ..(810 is not in my book?)

    i got celery :), chicken, turkey and tuna in water.. and i got some cottage cheese, the only low fat one that was there was 65% less fat? in my book it says we can have 250g plane cottage cheese 5% fat or 325g reduced fat cottage cheese less than 2% fat?

    how much can i have of the one i got? the only one that was there (rubbish)

    and can you tell me whats the difference between 790 and 810 plan plse? 810 doesnt seem to be in my book..
