if it's just chicken breast it should be, what does the ingredients say?

It says: 98% chicken breast, modified maize starch and salt. Just wanted to be sure...been off plan for a loooong time, and I know some frozen food has hidden syns.

looked in the 2012 food directory and could only see chilled Tesco ones which are free but on the plus side couldn't find those frozen ones in the syn section either, sorry I can't be more helpful.
