Shepherd’s Pie

any amount of vegetables
1 Ib of extra lean mince
2 rich beef Knorr stock pot
1 medium onion
to decorate on top: frylite spray oil and paprika
Method
1. Boil the mince in water and chop onion and cook with mince (gives a lovely flavour to the mince), boil fully and once cooked through then drain most of the water but not all. Put the two stock pots in the mince and let melt. Place this on the bottom of the dish and spread evenly covering all areas of dish.

Would appreciate any advice :)

Thanks!

Not enough syns maybe and no superfree with lunch? That's all I can see to comment on!

Should i be aiming for 45 a week? Was not sure what the takeaway would use on Saturday. My soup will be made from super free does that count? Xx

You didn't mention you were saving for a takeaway in the original post. You have 105 a week to use and that can either be up to 15 a day or some use them weekly. I have done both and prefer daily but if you are saving for a takeaway then fair enough. Its hard to comment unless you expand upon what kind of takeaway and what dishes etc.

oh and ok HM = homemade. I see. So yes that counts.

Wasn't clear about why you asked and thought maybe this was an average food diary but you weren't losing weight or something!

I am new to SW and just looking for guidance :)

I thought I only had 45 SYNS a week?

Not sure re takeaway at the moment, will see what I feel like at the time.

This is my first week so just trying to make sure I have the right idea :)
