    Hi

Ive come over from the darkside i.e. Lipotrim.

Was just wondering if your allowed to drink green tea?

Also how rapidly does the weight come off if your on the full diet?

    SW, minimal bread!
    Green tea
Red Bush tea (Lidl have some lovely ones in, but I don't think we would be allowed the flavoured ones, from memory the vanilla is lovely)
    Peppermint tea
    Nettle tea

I'm sure there are more but I drink all of the above regularly
