Can u have tablet sweeteners with the shakes?

Yes you can.

If you're putting them in cold shakes though try and crush them first.
When I use sweetners in cold shakes they never disolve and I find them at the bottom of my glass!

Yes you can, and I echo Blue Butterfly's post...

I tend to put some water in my shaker and put the sweeteners in (I tend to put two in each shake)... wait for them to dissolve then add the powder and more water and shake/blend as usual... same with the coffee one - I add sweetener to water, then coffee, then when it's all dissolved - mix the shake. Enjoy!

Hi, i'm new to this. Day one just completed. Is granulated sweetener allowed? Was thinking it would be easier to mix with the shakes.

Hey, no, tablet only I'm afraid. I dissolve mine first in a bit of water before making up the shake with more water

I use a shaker and my sweeteners always dissolve fine, I do tend to shake rather vigorously though lol and I never manage to drink it all immediately so it gets extra time to melt I guess

Or use cold water, lol, makes no difference
