yes you can mix them however you like as long as you dont mix them in the same day :)

I tend to stick to EE, but if I want 2 of each HEx's then I'll do a red or green day, and I've still lost mixing it up (not on the same day though).

Ok, thankyou! I've just been doing green up until now (sticking to what i know works!), but there are a few bbq's coming up, and i don't want to not be able to have my meat and my pasta salad! :eating:

Oh gosh, yes, you can totally mix it up, day by day. I think that's part of the reason SW works for so many, it's easy to fit into whatever you have going on.
