can you recommend a low point meal at beefeater?

    Its my dad's 50th next week and we're having a surprise meal at beefeater. im really worried im gonna not be able to eat anything. can anyone give me any ideas on whats quite low(ish) maybe i could save a few points over weekend to help out. i dont wanna be unhappy cos i cant eat what i want to !

    Hi There, I have the book from last year, not sure if its changed though as no longer on WW.

    Here are some of the lower point values:

    Starters

    • Breaded mushrooms = 5
    • chicken liver pate = 6
    • melon = 2.5
    Mains
    • Grilled Chicken Linguine = 12
    • Roasted veg Linguine = 10
    • Sea Bass Fillets = 10
    • Chick ceasar salad = 9.5
    • salmon ceasar salad = 10

    Lyndsey is right on those points value (just checked this year's edition)

    Also:
    Fish - salmon fillet (8), King Scallops (8), Salmon & Swordfish skewers (10)
    Meat - Glazed lamb chops (14), Minted Lamb Loin (14)
    Salad - Crayfish (7.5)

    Dessert -Horn of Plenty (9), Ice cream (7), Seasonal Fruit Platter (6), White & Dark Truffle Choc Cake (13.5)
