Can you take appetite suppressants...

Just wanted to know if you could take them while SSin.

I find it do hard to overcome them hungry pangs, and wondered if they would help

Hello, Sorry I'm not going to be very helpful but I really don't think you should take them, I've started my 4th week on ss and the hunger does go, Im still thinking about food constantly because I crave it not because I'm hungry.

Just out of intrest which appetite suppresor is it you normally take?

I previously took Black Mamba & T5's which I have been warned off by my CDC as the capsules are suger coated which could take me out of ketosis .. I did find this strange but hey ho what she says goes with me !

I deffinately don't think you can take them,
If you just stick it out the hunger WILL go. I'm on week 19 now and i literally never get cravings at all.. once you're fully in ketosis, it becomes easier.
