You don't need to as the plan had all the vitamins etc that you need. Unless you're anemic and already take iron I wouldn't. Good luck!

Yes I am anaemic and do take iron tablets, consultant Said I need to speak to my GP first before I consider this plan. Thanks. Linz

I'm anemic too so I just take the same as normal before the diet. It's always good to check though.

watch out not to take a standard multivit, as too much vit A can be bad for you.

I do take MULTI vitamins. I find my nails start splitting on SS otherwise. Everyone tells me that I shouldn't need to, but I do find it makes a positive difference.
