Certain types of beans are i think. We're allowed adduki beans, soya beans and chick peas but i'm just not sure about cannellini...i hope we are as i'm bored of the other types! Thanks hopefulslimmer

Yeah I haven't seen that either. I did have a quick look on the website but nothing there either.

I found this on the atkins carb counter (listed is the carb content) and it doesn't look good compared to soy beans which you say are allowed:
0.5 cups Soybeans, green, boiled 0.9

0.5 cups Soybeans, sprouted, steamed 3.1

0.5 cups White Beans, boiled 22.5

0.5 cups White Beans, canned 28.8

yeah but that is Atkins. I personally don't think it is a good thing to be posting about mixing the two diets as it confuses those on CD and people end up thinking CD allows food types that it actually doesn't.

CD works really well when people stick to the plan 100%. Start adapting it and you risk not having the amazing success that is available to you.

    Just my opinion

I didn't mean that, I was just using it to show how many carbs are in those types of beans to show we should not be having them :p

I dont think you should be eating any of those types of things. Not being funny but are you looking at a bit of the book which is for another stage??
