cannot believe onken fat free vanilla has changed and is now 5 syns a tub

how dare onken ruin what was a fab yogurt

i use their fat free vanilla instead of cream as it tastes fab and it WAS syn free the B******s have changed it and now its 5 syns

so im boycotting onken

ive made my own

its 1 syn for whole tub (you can make it syn free but i use vanilla bean paste as its cheaper and easier than vanilla pods)

1 large tub of fat free syn free yog (free)
2 tsp vanilla bean paste (1 syn) or a vanilla pods worth of seeds(free)
sweetner to taste (free)


mix and serve or freeze into icecream whatever really

who needs onken

according to my sw consultant they swapped sweetener for sugar

0 to 5 syns for a yogurt is shocking! I haven't had Onken in a while but the vanilla one was delish!

i got mine at sainsburys but you can use vanilla essence but i like the seeds ( it makes it look more like the onken one)
